Where will my advertisement appear?

Your advert will be printed on the back of Bermuda Falls scorecards.

What size should my artwork be?

Artwork must be A6 landscape (approximately 148 mm wide × 105 mm high).

What file formats are accepted?

Print-ready PDF or high-resolution PNG files are accepted.

Do I need permission to use images and logos?

Yes. You must own the rights or have permission to use all content included in your artwork.

Are there content restrictions for adverts?

Yes. As a family-oriented venue, artwork must not contain explicit, offensive, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material.

Can my artwork be rejected?

Yes. Bermuda Falls reserves the right to reject any artwork that does not meet its standards.

Will I receive a proof before printing?

Yes. A digital proof will be provided for your approval before printing begins.

When does printing start?

Printing will only begin once written proof approval has been received and full payment has been made.

How many scorecards can I order?

Print quantities range from 100 to 1,000 scorecards.

How long does printing take?

Typical production time is up to seven working days after approval and payment, although this may vary during busy periods.

What advertising packages are available?

Two options are offered: Standard and Priority.

How does the Standard Package work?

Standard advertisements are distributed alongside other Standard advertiser scorecards in rotation. For example, if three Standard designs are active, your scorecard will be handed out in approximately one out of every three distributed. This provides steady, long-term exposure over time.

How does the Priority Package work?

Priority advertisements are always distributed before any Standard scorecards and are not mixed with Standard designs. If multiple Priority orders are active, they are distributed in the order placed, providing faster and more concentrated exposure.

How are advert placements allocated?

Placements are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis depending on availability and print commitments.

Are refunds available?

Refunds are not available once artwork has been approved and printing has started, or for completed printed scorecards.

How are scorecards distributed to customers?

Scorecards are handed out to players during normal course operation.

Is a specific number of views or distribution guaranteed?

No. Distribution depends on visitor numbers, which vary seasonally, and Bermuda Falls cannot guarantee that customers will keep the cards.

Who owns the printed scorecards?

All printed scorecards remain the property of Bermuda Falls, even when displaying customer advertising.

Can my advert be used in Bermuda Falls marketing?

Unless you opt out, images of printed scorecards and adverts may be used on social media or the website as examples.

Who is responsible for errors in the artwork?

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, information, and image quality before approving the final proof.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation may be permitted before printing begins, at Bermuda Falls’ discretion.
