What’s included in the Bermuda Falls Birthday Bundle?
Each guest receives a round of adventure golf, a dedicated party table, a large slice of pizza and unlimited squash for the duration of the party.
How long does the party last?
Parties typically last around 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on group size and how long guests take to complete their round of golf.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests?
Yes. For bookings between 9am–3pm, we can accommodate up to 10 guests, with a minimum of 4 attendees required.
For bookings from 3pm onwards, we can accommodate up to 30 guests, with a minimum of 8 attendees required.
Can we bring our own birthday cake?
Yes, of course. You’re very welcome to bring your own birthday cake. A small cakeage fee applies to cakes brought from home, but we’ll take care of the cutting, plating and cleaning so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.
Alternatively, cake slices can be pre-purchased through the Birthday Bundle booking page.
Are there vegetarian or dietary options available?
Yes, alternative pizza options are available. Please inform us of any dietary requirements when booking.
Can we add extras to the party package?
Absolutely. Optional extras such as giant Connect 4, party bags, celebration cakes and novelty golf balls can be added at checkout.
When should we arrive?
We suggest arriving 10–15 minutes before your booking time to ensure everything runs smoothly.
How much in advance do we need to book?
Our system requires bookings to be made at least 5 days in advance. However, we may be able to accommodate bookings within a shorter timeframe depending on availability. Please contact us directly for more information and we’ll do our best to help.
I want to book a Birthday Bundle in the evening but can’t do it through the website. What should I do?
Our online booking system currently only allows daytime bookings. However, we’re always happy to welcome guests later in the day.
For Birthday Bundle bookings between 3pm and 8pm, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
I can’t attend my booking due to unforeseen circumstances. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for situations outside of our control, such as weather conditions or fewer attending guests.
However, we are always happy to reschedule your booking to another available date or offer a full credit (excluding the booking fee), which you can use at your convenience.
